What's publishable? In general, articles that (1) identify or shed light on trends or the bigger rail transportation picture, but (2) do not promote specific companies, products or services.
Send us a proposal Before you send a completed article to ProgressiveRailroading.com, please provide a brief synopsis (250 words or so) of the topic you'd like to cover/issue you'd like to address. Articles will be subject to editorial review and discretion, and will be exclusive to Progressive Railroading. Ideal article length: 750 to 1,200 words.
Images/photos We'll also consider using a photo with the article. If you have one, send it along. Please include caption and photo credit information.
