Superintendent, Commuter Rail Mechanical

We are seeking a Superintendent, Commuter Rail Mechanical, responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and evaluating commuter rail maintenance start-up and the daily management oversight of ongoing repair/maintenance of all Northstar commuter rail locomotives, cab cars, coaches and facilities projected to expected start date in late 2009. Requirements: Bachelor`s degree in electrical engineering, transportation or related field plus 8 years of progressive experience in rail vehicle maintenance including experience performing in-plant vehicle inspection or managing a vehicle rehabilitation program, and 5 years of maintenance management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
